After numerous years of working in the European business consulting field, Davit Kardava, the founder of the company, returned to Georgia with one sole purpose, which is to bring knowledge and experience gained in the leading countries worldwide to Georgia and assist Georgian companies in implementing internationally recognized modern standards and methods.

Davit Kardava set the objective of creating a team that would share his vision and values. After strenuous efforts, he formed a team composed of members with similar experience and spirit as his. Despite successful career and experience gained in Europe and America, like Mr. Kardava, members of the new team decided to return to their homeland to share their experience with others. Precisely thanks to these values, experience, and perseverance, the company managed to gain a competitive advantage in a short time.
Although management consulting still was an unknown term in Georgia, and Georgian companies had not yet grasped the significance of offered services, thanks to tireless work and vigorous efforts, C-Team managed to demonstrate to companies the importance of implementing the innovative management tools and methods. Consequently, C-Team succeeded in executing strategic, organizational development, and operational projects in Georgia’s leading organizations.
Over the years, despite lots of obstacles and the pandemic-related situation, C-Team has not stopped developing and moving forward. The company is growing, gaining strength, and achieving its goals. It is helping other companies move forward, develop, introduce internationally recognized standards and maximize their profits.
C-Team’s other strong point is non-standard approaches. Our team draws up a separate strategy and action plan for each project.
