
The ALL-P Group primary project aimed to ensure organizational development, form holding structure, and implement modern management systems. Following the completion of the project’s conceptual phase, thanks to our active involvement and supervision, the created concept was fully implemented. At this point, we are actively involved in the company’s strategic management process and the development of new areas of activity.

Consequently, it has proved possible to:
- Create the holding system in the organization and staff the Management Board;
- Implement the motivation system, thanks to which the organization's employee performance increased;
- Develop new ALL-P metal holding company;
- Increase the company portfolio to nine separate fields.
