
The primary project of Element Construction LLC aimed to ensure organizational development, form holding structure, and implement modern management systems. Following the completion of the project’s conceptual phase, thanks to our active involvement and supervision, the created concept was completely implemented. After implementing the systems, we have been actively involved in the company’s strategic management, have been members of the Management Board, and assisted the company in its future advancement.
