Consequently, it has proved possible to:
- Detect structural and procedural weaknesses, develop the targeted organisational structure aiming to tackle existing challenges in the company and increase effectiveness;
- Improve delegation and subordination principles in the organisation;
- Develop KPI and the motivation system, which raises employees’ awareness of their responsibilities and achievability of objectives.
