BUSINESS PROCESSES

By implementing the Business Process Management (BPM) system, we ensure maximum efficiency of business processes, enabling a company to strengthen its positions in the market and increase its competitive advantage.

By implementing the Business Process Management (BPM) system, we ensure maximum efficiency of business processes, enabling a company to strengthen its positions in the market and increase its competitive advantage.

Companies can use their potential to the maximum possible extent only when an effective and the best possible execution of critical processes is ensured. The implementation of the Plan-do-check-act cycle (PDCA Cycle) is also important in the company. Within the framework of the BPM Project, together with the company employees, we initially create the company’s process map, in which we choose main processes on the optimization of which we will work within the project. We describe the selected business processes in the “AS IS” format and, together with owners of a specific process, start active work to detect optimization potential and required changes. Required changes in connection with each process are discussed together with the management team, after which we model optimum TO BE processes. Within the framework of the project, together with the management team, formats for the implementation of improved processes, control points for internal audit, checklists, and action plans are formulated and integrated into the process. Separate training sessions are held for process owners and focus groups; this simplifies employees’ adjustment to new processes and their execution.
