Based on a diagnostic phase and the company’s strategic objectives, several versions of the targeted organizational structures are created. Together with the company’s management team, we assess the strong and weak points of our versions and choose the best one. To implement the targeted organizational structure, we create an organizational handbook and a simple action plan for change management, which will help employees analyze their roles in a new organizational structure. Proper management of internal communication is decisive in the reorganization process. Our team is actively involved in the change management process.
