In the first quarter of 2019, the C-team implemented two important phases of the organization’s strategic development:
1) Based on the detailed analysis of business processes, business processes aimed at the optimal use of companies’ resources and capabilities were described. Optimal business process ensures proper allocation of company time and human resources, increases productivity, minimizes administrative risks, which ultimately leads to maximizing profits for the company.
2) The process of developing a key indicator system (KPI) and an incentive system for each administrative unit has also been completed.
At present, the C-team is actively working on the introduction of processes and indicators. Upon completion of the project, the company will have a management, control and reporting system, which will allow management to make the activities of hundreds of employees measurable and focused on achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
