The one-year project included the following: developing new strategic objectives based on market research and the analysis of internal resources, optimizing the organizational structure, implementing the motivation system, and carrying out business processes.

- Ensure that the company has the strategic document and its employees are aware of their roles in achieving the existing strategic objectives;

- Create functions in the organisation which will ensure the implementation of the new strategy, motivation system, and optimized business processes;
- Direct the optimized organizational structure to achieving the strategic objectives;
- The renewed organizational structure is aimed at achieving the set strategic goals.
