Our collaboration with Crystal continues. After the completion of the optimization phase of the organization’s processes, work is underway on the development of a Key Indicators (KPI) system for implementation. The project is divided into the following phases
1. Specify and break down strategic objectives for each organizational unit
2. Development of indicators
3. Integration of the indicator system into the organizational structure
4. Test mode
5. Development of business requirements for the digitization of the system of indicators
Properly developed and implemented a system of key indicators, will allow management, on the one hand, to ensure high productivity of employees, on the other hand, to maintain a high level of employee freedom in the organization. The latter, in turn, again has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employees and increases their motivation.
