Consequently, it has proved possible to:
- Draw up the organisational manual providing detailed information on employees’ activities, responsibilities, and powers;
- Draw up a long-term, clearly formulated strategy agreed with the management team, and include its strategic objectives in the action plan;
- Implement the indicator enforcement, control, assessment, and reporting system enabling the company management to make employees’ activities measurable and focused on achieving the organisation’s structural objectives;
- Ensure that each employee knows the purpose of their activities and is aware that this purpose is digitally measurable rather than being abstract;
- Ensure that employees are aware of targeted indicators they must achieve at the end of the reporting period. Consequently, their evaluation and “encouragement or punishment” are dependant on the fulfilment or non-fulfilment of the agreed targeted indicator;
- A total of five key processes were selected together with the company’s management team, which were subject to detailed analysis, with the optimisation opportunities identified and modeled as “To be” processes. The action plan for the implementation of optimization processes was also formulated.
